Route: starting at the hotel to the Kirchangerweg, Kirchangerkapelle, Obergaisberg,Gaisbergstüberl
Tour description: towards Kirchangerkapelle, on an asphalt road up to the guesthouse Obergaisberg, further on via a well prepared trail (tobogganing run) to the Gaisbergstüberl. At the Gaisbergstüberl you can take a break - wheelchair accessible toilets are available. There are no barrier-free toilets at the guesthouse Obergaisberg

Route: from Kirchberg to Aschau, parking at the kneipp area or Ebenau, at the gate (toll road to the Kasplatzl)
Tour description: from the parking spot Ebenau at the gate take the asphalt road to the Kasplatzl (wheelchair accessible toilet). Drive a walk further along to the Labalm, with a short, but steep ascent on asphalt road.

Start your hike at the start house of the downhill race slope „Streif“ next to the mountain station Hahnenkamm to the 4-season-hiking trail, past the St. Bernhard chapel to the Ehrenbachhöhen lake, on well prepared trails, partly with asphalt.A snack break and wheelchair accessible toilets are possible / available at the restaurant Hochkitzbühel

Befor you reach castle Münichau turn left - signpost towards cross-country skiing run - towards Schwarzsee lake, past the Camping area on well prepared road.
